The recipe is prepared using simple and ready available vegetables in market. easy and fast to prepare.
Chineese_mixed_vegetables
Ingredients
  • Garlic 2 numbers garlic
  • Onions 100 gram onions
  • Carrot 100 gram carrot
  • Cabbage 100 gram cabbage
  • Cauliflower 100 gram cauliflower
  • Fat 2 teaspoon oil
  • salt to taste salt
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Peppercorn 2 nos pepper
  • Lime half teaspoon lemon
  • soya sauce 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • ajinomoto half teaspoon ajinomoto
  • cornflour 1 teaspoon cornflour
Method of Prepration
  • Heat oil.
  • Fry chopped garlic.
  • Add sliced onion and carrot sliced or strips.
  • When carrots and onions are fried add cubed cabbage and flowerettes of cauliflower.
  • Stir fry till half done.
  • Add lime juice,pepper,salt and sugar.
  • Stir well.
  • Add cornflour blended in little water.
  • Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
 
RED CURD’E FLAKES
a) one carrot- scraped
B) sprouts of green gram–one palm full
C) one big onion —chopped
D) one tomato -chopped(very small)
E )RED BRANED RICE FLAKE– two or three palmfull
F) salt = as required
G) one green chilly -chopped
H ) Two bowls of Curd
I) Corriander leafs.—chopped
Modus operande

Take the rice flakes in a bowl….
keep it under slow stream of water(from pipe)–it is for washing of the dust from the flakes; Do it twice.
Drain Off water compleatly.(((be careful to not to lose rice falkes while doing this))
Then mash the wet rice flakes thoroughly with your palms.
Mix thoroughly the carrot scrappings and chopped onion with The mashed Flakes.
Then add Sprouts of green gram and Choped onion with the above mix.
Add a tea spoon salt’….and mix
Then add one cup of curd to the above mix….Mix them with a small spoon or fork.
Then Add the second bowl curd and chopped tomato—in to—and mix
Then Add the chopped corriander leaves..
Add one more table spoon Salt ( if required)……Mix Gently.
Now Your Red CURD’E FLAKE….is ready to travel to your mouth.

The onion bhaji is a spicy indian snack of which the main ingredient is fried onions.a popular starter amongst vegetarians and meat eaters alike, onion bhajees can also be served as a teatime snack. in the uk the onion bhaji has become popular to eat as a snack or as a starter in indian restaurants. the basic recipe consists of onions being chopped and then made into a sort of batter with chickpea or gram flour, spices, and sometimes with herbs, then fried until golden. they have a mild taste and are not hot.

Paani Puri Recipe

bombay-bhel-pani-poori
Ingredients:


* Maida- 1/2 cup
* Rava- 1/2 cup
* Baking powder- 1 pinch
* Salt

To serve:
* Boiled and diced potatoes- 1/2 cup
* Green gram- 1/4 cup (soak green gram for 6 hrs and pressure cook for 1 whistle)

Mix the above ingredients with cold water and make it into a smooth stiff dough.
Close the dough with a wet cloth and set aside for 15 minutes.
Make small even sized (round biscuit size) balls from the dough and roll into small circles.
Put one by one in hot oil and press well with laddle to puff up. Fry till crisp and golden brown.

Serving Method:

Make a hole with thumb on top of each pani puri.
Put little cooked green gram, boiled potato & little sweet chutney and fill it with green chutney (pani).
Serve immediately.

Special Chees Pizza

Cooking time: 10 – 15 mins

Ingredients
4 medium pizza bases
For topping
200 gms onion (chopped)
200 gms tomatoes (chopped)
125 gms capsicum (chopped)
100 gms mushroom (sliced)
250 gms pizza cheese (shredded)
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt & black pepper powder (to taste)

Method
1. Preheat the oven on convection mode at 250 degree Celsius.
2. Spread tomato sauce on each pizza base
3. For topping, mix all chopped vegetables and seasoning. Microwave the chopped vegetables in a microwave safe bowl for 30 secs.
at 100% power.
4. Apply tomato sauce on each pizza base. Now spread the vegetable topping on each pizza base along with the sliced mushrooms.
5. Sprinkle grated pizza cheese at the top of each pizza.
6. Bake on non-stick tawa on the high rack at 250 degree Celsius for 10 – 15 mins (till the cheese melts).
7. Cut into pieces and serve with sauce

Tips: You can also add non-veg. toppings e.g. Shredded chicken, bacon, ham etc
