Customs Form
Before arriving in the United States, each passenger (head of the family) is required to complete a U.S. Customs declaration form. This form can be obtained from the flight and must be completed in English using capital letters. The form must be signed, dated and should include your address (street or hotel name, city and the state) while in the United States.

Immigration Form for Visitors
Before arriving in the United States of America, all foreign nationals (except Canadian citizens and permanent residents of the United States of America) are required to complete an immigration form.

Visitors with Visa
Foreign nationals (except Canadian citizens and U.S. permanent residents) holding a valid visa to enter the Unites States are required to complete an I-94 form prior to arrival. This form will be distributed during the flight. One form is required for each family member (including infants and children) and must be completed in English using capital letters. Complete both parts of the form, the arrival record (items 1 through 13) and the departure record (items 14 through 17) the bottom portion of the form must be kept in your passport and returned to the airline agent when you leave the U.S.

U.S. VISIT Program
U.S. VISIT is a U.S. Government program that requires gathering biometric data for all visitors who are not U.S. citizens (with limited exceptions) upon entering and exiting the U.S. In addition to the usual process of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers checking passports, visas and asking questions, the visitor will have two fingerprints scanned by an inkless device and a digital photograph taken.
